"Prescription arrived, just took a bit longer than expected"
Well... I used moncoinsante.co.uk for a prescription order, and to be fair, it did arrive in the end, so I can’t really complain too much about that side of it.

The only thing was that it felt a bit slow, and I wasn’t always sure where things were up to. I found myself checking my emails a few times and waiting longer than I thought I would.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad service, but I do think the updates could be clearer and a bit more regular. I’d probably use them again, just not if I needed something quickly.

I was happy with how everything showed up. The box felt Sturdy, and the items inside were packed really well with no damage at all. Everything looked protected and handled properly, so yeah, No complaints from me.

My order did show up eventually, so that part was fine, but the communication really wasn’t great. I felt like I was the one having to chase things down and keep checking for updates, especially when there were delays. the whole thing came across as a bit careless, even if that wasn’t the intention. If they’d just been more upfront and kept me in the loop, I probably would’ve felt much better about it. Not the best experience for me overall.

"Great discount and really pleased with my order"
I decided to try moncoinsante.co.uk because they had a promo running, i was happy to see my order come out cheaper than the other places I’d checked. It felt like a nice little win, especially with prices everywhere being so frustrating lately.
Delivery was totally fine, and the discount code worked straight away without any hassle, which was a relief. I’m genuinely pleased with how it all went and I’ll probably check them again next time they’ve got offers on

In my experience, the main issue was that my order didn’t arrive when I expected it to, and I found the first part of getting help frustrating. I was hoping for a clearer answer sooner, so it felt a bit annoying at the time.

That said, they did get back to me after a couple of days and offered a replacement or refund, which I appreciated. So from my point of view, it was resolved in the end, just not as smoothly as I would’ve liked. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I was after a few health products that aren’t always easy to get hold of in UK shops, and moncoinsante.co.uk had a really good selection. There was loads to choose from, from skincare and supplements to proper pharmacy bits, and I found what I needed quickly. I also ended up spotting a couple of new things I hadn’t thought to try. I just felt like it took longer than it should have to hear back, which was a bit frustrating, you know? Trying to use the account area was frustrating. I just wanted to update my details, but it kept sending me around in circles like I wasn’t getting nowhere. The password reset email also took way longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, but their reply wasn’t really all that clear. I can’t say it’s the worst site I’ve used, but managing my account shouldn’t be this much of a hassle
